Hope's Residence is an assisted living community located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Their mission is to maintain the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of their residents while also helping them enjoy their retirement. The facility offers personalized, family-like care for seniors, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders and administration, transfer assistance/mobility support, safety supervision, activity programs and outings, and more. Hope's Residence was founded in 2009 by Esther Hammer, RN, who was inspired by her own experience with her father's care in a nursing home.
