Foundation House at Northgate, a non-profit company, has been providing a safe and secure community for assisted living and independent living residents since 1997. Unfortunately, due to significant financial difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including increased costs and decreased census, operating budget, and cash flow, FHN will be closing its doors. The closure will take place on September 30, 2021 for assisted living facilities and October 31, 2021 for independent living facilities. FHN is committed to ensuring a smooth and safe transition for its residents to alternative living arrangements and will continue to provide exceptional service and care until the closure dates.
