Mitch's partnership with the Kawai Company and his confidence in Tom Turner, a longtime piano technician, led to the establishment of Eugene Piano Company. Mitch Paola, the owner, has a deep appreciation for classical music that started at a young age when he spent time with his grandfather, a concert violinist. Mitch joined his family's business in the early 1980s and became part owner. He has matched thousands of pianos to satisfied clients throughout his career and believes that owning a piano should bring true joy.

Tom Turner, the Eugene store manager and piano technician, developed a passion for pianos at a young age. He received training in piano technology and has been serving customers in Lane & Douglas County Oregon for over 25 years. Tom is dedicated to providing excellent service to customers.
